Terms of Service
These terms provide a general framework for engagement with Splicing World Communications LLC. Individual project agreements may include additional scope, milestones, deliverables, and payment terms.
Overview
By engaging the services of Splicing World Communications LLC, the client agrees that the firm provides strategic consulting, communications support, research, human resources consulting, and procurement coordination services as defined in the applicable service agreement or statement of work.
Scope of Services
Each engagement is governed by a written agreement, project proposal, invoice, or statement of work describing the services, deliverables, timing, and financial commitments.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate business information, timely approvals, required project materials, and payment according to the agreed milestones or invoice schedule.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement, proprietary methodologies, data frameworks, templates, internal processes, and strategic materials developed by the firm remain the property of Splicing World Communications LLC until final project settlement and any agreed transfer terms are satisfied.
Third-Party Vendors
The firm may coordinate with outside vendors, media platforms, research providers, software tools, and other third parties to fulfill client work. Third-party availability, pricing, and performance may be subject to external policies and market conditions.
Limitation of Liability
The firm acts as a consultant and procurement coordinator. While professional effort is made to ensure reliability and market accuracy, Splicing World Communications LLC is not liable for market fluctuations, platform policy changes, third-party vendor actions, or outcomes outside the firm’s direct control.
