Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

Splicing World Communications LLC commits planning, procurement coordination, professional time, and third-party resources shortly after an engagement is approved. Refund eligibility depends on whether work has started and whether outside costs have already been committed.

Cancellations

Service agreements may be canceled within 24 hours of signing for a full refund, provided that no client-approved work, procurement, vendor coordination, or project activation has begun.

Refunds

Fees for services already initiated are non-refundable to the extent they cover completed work, professional time, media placement coordination, data acquisition, vendor commitments, or other resources that have been allocated to the project.

Disputes & Billing Questions

Billing inquiries must be submitted in writing to justin@splicingworldjk.com within 7 days of the invoice date. Please include the invoice number, payment date, project name, and a clear explanation of the concern.
